FINE WEATHER AGAIN
• _ . After the chilly snap at the beginning of tho week, the sky cleared yesterday and the sun shone_ out with a revival of its summer geniality. The air was clear and fresh, for the southerly breeze still smacked of tho colder latitudes. Present indications, says the Meteorological Department, are for moderate to strong sou'-westers, with fair to cloudy weather. The barometer has a rising tendency.
