INTRUDER APPEARS OFF SUFFOLK COAST A PEW SHELLS FIRED London, January 26. Official.—A small. German vessel, which was not identified, approached the Suffolk coast last night and fired shells. The raider appeared off the East Coast at eleven o'clook at night, and commenced firing star shells.
