Manawatu Auctioneering Co. . and J. S. Munro, £1 Os. 9d., and £110s.; Niniwa Heremaia v. Dudley Alexander Byrne and A. Byrne, £15 155., and £1 16s. 6d.; Sidney Gilbert Malin v. Universal Picture Supplies, Ltd., £2'105., and 55.; N.Z. Federated Furniture Trade Workers' [Association v. L. Alison. £3 ss. 6d., andlOs.; 6ame v. H. W. Gibbs, £4 25., and 10s.; Hopo Gibbons, Sons, and J. B. Clarkson, Ltd., v. J. P. Alridgo, £4 175., and 55.; Vacuum Oil Co., Ltd., v. P. Ryder £4 9s. Id., and £2 2s.

Tho following judgment summons cases were- deaK with:—James Jamieson Scott was ordered to pay E. J. Proud £2 17s. 6d. by February 18, or serve three days', imprisonment; J. M'Leod was ordered to pay Arthur Bolton £1 los. 6d. by monthly instalments of 45.; F. G. Millman -was ordered to pay G. H. Lyster and Co. £22 Bs. 9d. by monthly instalments of 205.; Arthur Noblo was ordered to pay John Edward' Butler, Ltd., £12 lls. 2d. by February 8, or servo twelvo days' imprisonment; A. W. Sooullar was ordered to pay Georgo Puddle £12 as. by February 8, or servo twelvo days' imprisonment.
