German public bodies have responded ft) the Kaiser's proclamation with perfervia protestations of loyalty, slid demanding ■unlimited frightfulness against Britain. Burning indignation and holy wrath will redouble every German's strength, and God will give us full victory over the enemy's rage and destruction."] SUDDEN REVIVAL OF VIOLENT WARFARE PREDICTED, ■London, January 22. The "Daily Chronicle's" correspondent at states that reliable news from Germany is that when the naval and military preparations are complete, Germany will suddenly revive widespread and most violent warfare. Large new armies and numerous new submarines will soon bo ready. The new armies are said to number 120 corps, and consist largely of men between forty and forty-fivo years; With the youngest levies, they are already concentrated in West German depots, suggesting a confirmation of the reports that Germany will make an early attempt at a now offensive in the West.
