CAMP NOTES

The following temporary appointments have been approved liy the Camp Commandant at Featherstorils Company, 24th.—Lco.-Oorpl. 0. S. Morris, to be corporal; Ptes. C 4. H. Bartlott, J. G. Pattison, T. H, M'Lnren, H. A. Peebles, D. Smith, D. Duncan, J. Honcylnm, W. 11. M'Kinnon, M. J. N. M'Carthy, R, A. Berry, R, G. Wells, F. Thurston, H. Naylor, W. G. Gordon, B. C. Wiley, W. G. H. Rielmrds, to he lance-corporals; Corpl. R. M'Cay, 21st M.R., to be sergeant. The following temporary appointments have been approved of by tho Camp Commandant at Trentham:— Headquarters Staff (Records).— Corpl. J. Hill and Corpl. R. Chignell, to bo orderly-room clerks with rank of corporals. N.Z.A.S.C., 24th Reinforcements: Pte. E. C. Cresswoll, to be corporal (while employed at A.S.C. Bakery, Trentham). J Company, 21st Reinforcements: Lce.-Sergt. B. Wright, to be sergeant; Corpl. J. W. Matheson, to he lance-sergeant. G Company, 2oth Reinforcements: Pte. H. Lee, to be orderly-room clerk, with rank of corporal. H Company. 21st Reinforcements: Corpl. D. C. Twyneham, to be Q.M. sergeant. Corpl. J. Walker, G Coy., 21st, to ho sergeant. The following men having passed the prescribed tests are classified as trained signallers, and are entitled to wear the efficiency badge:—Spr. R-. R. Wilberfoss, of tho 22nd Div. Signallers ; Corpl. A. J. Gibson, and Ptes. A'. G. Sigley and E. Blakey, of the 21st Specs. Signal Section.
