HOLIDAY EXCURSION TICKETS, available for return until 15th Pebruury, 1917, -will bo obtainable as under (except where, ordinary fares aro less) :— Prom January 20th to 22nd— From Wanganui, Wa.iouru, Foxton, Wellington (both stations), Dannevirke, Greytown, To Aro, and intermediate stations to To Aro, Greytown, Dannevirke, Wellington (both stations), Foxton, Waiouru, Wangamii, and intermediate stations, or vice versa. These tickets will Ix- available for break of journey at any station at which tho train is timed to stop after 50 miles from issuing station. On .January 24th.—Holiday Excursion Tickets to Trenthani, available for return on day of issue only, will be obtainable at Masterton, Greytown, Cross Creek, and intermediate stations. These tickets will be issued only by the trains which leave Mastertoi! at 7.25 and 5.45 a.m. and Greytown at 7.55 and 9.18 a.m. TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS FOR JANUARY 20th and 21th.-TE ARO-WOOD-VILLE. The usual 7.25 a.m. Mnsterton-Welling-tou train will leave Masterton a.t 8.45 a.m., Carterton 9.10, Woodside 9.33, Featherston 9.18, Kaitoko 11.28, Upper Hutt 11.53, Trentham arr. 11.58, dop, 12.0 noon, Lower Hutt 12.30 p.m., Petone 12.34, Ngahauranga 12.42, Wellington arr. 12.52. A special passenger train for Trentham will leavo Masterton at 7.25 a.m., Carterton 7.50, Greytown 7.55, Featherston 8.25, Trontbam arrive 10.50 a.m. Additional train will leavo Groytown for Woodside at 9.18 a.m., making connection at Woodside with the 8.45 a.m. train from Masterton.
Return train will leave Trentham for Masterton at 5.15 p.m., Upper Hutt 5.32, Foathorstori 7.37, Greytown arr. 8.7, Cartortou dep. 8.13, Masterton arrivo 8.45 p.m. The usual 4.25 p.m. Wellington-Mastcr-ton train will bo delayed and will leave Wellington at 5.50 p.m., Lower Hutt 6.27, Upper Hutt 7.12, Kaitoke 7.50, Feathorston 9.10, Greytown arr. 9.10, Carterton dep. 9.50, Mastcrlon arr. 10.19 p.m. In. addition to usual stops this train will also stop at Trentham to take up passengers. Tho 5.12 p.m. train from Wellington will run to Lowor Hutt only. The usual 10.0 a.m. Wellington-Wood-ville train will leave Wellington 9.35, Kaiwarru 9.40, Ngahauranga 9.45, Petone 9.53, Lower Hutt 10.0, Upper Hutt arr. 10.40 a.m., dep. 11.52 a.m., thence at usual times. An extra train will leavo Lower Hutt for Wellington at, 11.28 a.m. The usual 10.15 a.m. train Lower Hutt' to Wellington will leavo Lower Hutt 10.53 a.m., Wellington arr. 11.15 a.m. The 6.5 p.m. Te Aro-Upper Hutt train will not rim between To Aro and Wellington. The Wollington-New Plymouth and Wellington-Napier Up Mail trains will not stop at stations between Wellington and Paekakariki (inclusive) except to pick up passengers for stations beyond Paekakariki.
NOTE.-The Now Plymouth-Welling-ton and Napier-Thorndon Down Mail trains will not stop between Paekakariki and Wellington, except to sot down passengers. Tho 9.25 a.m. Wellington-Plimmorton train will not stop between Wellington and Plimmerton. Tho 4.15 p.m. Wellington-Palmerston North train will not stop at or Khandallah. The 4.50 p.m. Paokatariki-Wellington train will not stop at Tawa Plat. The 5.8 p.m. Plimmerton-Wellington train will not stop between Paremata and Wellington. Mastorton-Woiling-ton train will leave Maslerton at 8.15 a.m. (see above). A special passenger train, stopping if required at all stations, will leave Masterton at 7.25 a.m. for Trentham.
