GERMANY'S BOY SOLDIERS
THE KAISER'S LATEST ORDER. (Rco. January 17, '5.5 p.m.) Amsterdam, January 16. Tho Kaiser has ordered General von Stein, "War Minister, to organise all boys in Germany and fit them for war service. Schoolboys will bo compelled to attend military drill daily, and take part in long night marches. Tho order amounts to compulsory war athloticism, with the object of training every German boy as a soldior in the ehortcst possiblo time.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
