By Telegraph-Press Association--Copyri?rht (Rec. January I<l, 5.5 p.m.) Brisbane, January 14. The Most Reverend Robert Dunne, first Roman Catholic Archbishop -of Brisbane, is dead.—Press Assn. [Tho lato Archbishop was horn in Ireland in 1833, and educated at the Lismoro Grammar School and the Irish College, Rome. Ho was ordained priest in 1855, and was appointed to the dioceso of Brisbane in 1861. Ho was secretary to the first Plenary Council of Australia, and from 1868 to 1881 priest at Toowoomba. On Juue 18, 1882, he was consecrated second Bishop of Brisbane, and was raised to Archbishop by Papal brief May 10, 1887.]
