HONOURS FOR WOMEN. (Rec. January 7, 5.5 p.m.) London, January 6; 'An agitation is afoot that women should be admitted to tho now Empire Order, of which the membership will not necessarily carry knighthood. Mr. Massey, interviewed, said thai if tho new honour is to be given to Empiro men it would be right and proper that it should- be extended to Empire womon, and thus recognise the splendid work the women have dono throughout tho war.
