IGNORANCE OF STATESMEN
SIR ALFRED KEOGH'S INDICTMENT. ' (Lleo. January 4, 5.15 p.m.) London, January 3. Surgeon-General Sir Alfred Keogh, in a speech at the London University, insisted on the necessity ol' teaching the classics, history, literature, and modern languages, as well as science, but he deplored the ignorance of Cabinet Ministers and other great administrators of the elementary facts of nascience.
