WINS THE VICTORIA CROSS. ' > ' London, December 31. Captain William Bloomfield, of the South African Scouts' Corps, has received the Victoria. Gross. His force was heavily attacked,, and about to be isolated in; position. ' Proceeding to. a. new position,'he had.the wounded removed.
