FREEDOM OF RUSSIAN TRADE ■X : , Petrograd, December 26. 31. Rontrowski, Russian Foreign Minister, has declared that in the close eoonomic uuion with the Allies after, the war, the Allies would be given freedom of Russian trade, which had been paralysed owing to commercial treaties with Germany. He added: "Our relations with Japan are assuming ; the character of-ail alliance. Japan has rendered tie eminent service iri providing us with munitions."
