MAGISTRATE'S COURT

Mr. L. G. Rcid, S.M., presided in the Magistrate's Court on Saturday. For insobriety, Maud Grant was fined 10s., and George Baird 10s., with costs. Jesse Underwood was fined 10s. for insobriety, and £1 for using indecent language. Tho nolicc said that Underwood behaved himself when divorced from liquor, so the Court prohibited him.

Patrick Campbell was reauirod to find seeuritv respecting an affiliation order. Edward Martin admitted the theft of a quantity of brass from the Government Printing Office.
