The public will have an opportunity of hearing Sir Ernest Shackleton recount liis travels and adventures in Antarctica, on Monday evening, when he will deliver a lecture in the Town Hall in aid of the Returned Soldiers' Club. The' Patriotic Society has arranged that its band will play selections at the Town Hail previous to tho lecture. Tickets for the lecture can be obtained at the Returned Soldiers' Club, from, mertibers of the committee, or at. the Bristol, where scats may be booked.
