Mr. fcewtou King reports: At Waiwakaino 011 November 17 there . was a good yarding and brisk bidding for all lines. At Douglas on Monday there was a, good yarding and excellent prices were realised. Mixed yearlings made £5 lis.; steer yearlings, £6 4s. to £6 175.; 15 to 18-mouth steers, £v 10s.; yearling heifers, £5 Us. to £6 25.; 18-month heifers, £7 6s. to £7 10s.; store cows, £7 to £8 55.; forward cows, £9 12s. to £11 25.; fat cows, £12; springing heifers, £8 15s. to £10 10s.; bulls. £6 ss. to £7; hoggets, ,325. At Stratford on Tuesday there was a good: yarding in ' the store pens, and considering the advanced stajo of the dairying season a good many springers came forward in the dairy yards. Bidding for all classes was very keen, and everything sold at advanced prices. In the 'dairy yards, SDringiug heifers- made !£i 10s. t0.£13 10s.;'heifers at full profit, £9 10s.; springing cows, £9 10s. to £16. At Inglewood on Tuesday there was a big yarding and attendance, and everything sold at advanced Tares, the sale being one of the most successful yet held. The quality was very good, and competition was fairly keen,, prices being much on - a par with last week's . rates. Fat sheep (1657 penned): The quality: was good,'and the entry equal .to requirements. Prices were hardly equal to last week's. Bacdners were not plentiful, ana met with a fair sale at last week's rates. Porkers were hot quite so well competed \for. Stores and- were- in strong demand, a, small yarding>ealising very satisfactory brices.
