' The following teams have been selected to play for' Kelburn against Wellongfcon on Saturday:—At HomeOakes, M'Coll, Smith, Dall (s.); Young, C. Gannaway, Mayer, Stephens (s.). Away: Doherty, King, Dmnie, Routley (s.); Hutchison, Meadowcroft, F. Johnson, Gray (s.). An interesting concert will be given on Saturday, December 2, in the Masonic Hall, by Miss Grace Kennedy's pupils. The programme will include several concerted items. A string orchestra will give numbers by Mozart, Handel, etc., and first-class vocal solos will considerably add to the evening's enjoyment. Apart from the excellence of the programme, the fund to which the whole of the proceeds are to be given, the Christmas Party ijer the Dependants of soldiers and Sailors, should appeal to many.Tho Camp Commandant at Trentham acknowledges a gift of 7 parcels and 1 box of reading matter from Mr. Joseph Piper, Petone, which has been distributed to different institutes.
