.MEMBERS RETURNING FROM 'A WORM) TOUR. By Teleera'pli—?resa Association.. Auokland, October 16. Mr. C. J. Parr, M.P., a New Zealand representative, and _ nine Australian, mombers of the Parliamentary touring party, returned by the Malcura to-day. Starting in July, they have completed almost a world tour of British territory in British ships. They were conducted over ammunition works in England, visited ls tho naval bases, witnessed tie fleet operations, had important conferences with British Cabinet Ministers, visited Paris and conferred with the French President and Premier, and visited the fighting front held by their respective troops. > The New Zealand members of the party got into the front-line trenches, where things were temporarily quiet. The Australians saw thoir soldiers just after they had been in action, and conversed with the wounded. Some of the party took a trip in a biplane; others ascended in an observation balloon.
