Palmerston North, October 7. •At a representative meeting of citizens' it was dccidcd, as a. memorial to perpetuate the,memory of tlio late* Dr. Martin to erect a new 'men's lyard in the ' public hospital, to bo known as the Martin' Ward. A committee was set up to carry out the proposal.
