4 INSTRUCTIONS 'REGARDING PACKING. The following instructions concerning the packing of parcels for prisoners of war in Germany, Turkey, and Bulgaria, in addition to those which have been published from time to time, should bo noted by persons desiring to send i parcels to prisoners of war interned in enemy countries:— Parcels for prisoners of war in Bulgaria and Turiioy must be packed in wood, tin, or hemp canvas. No other kind of textile material may be used. Parcels packed merely in paper or cardboard will be refused. Parcels for prisoners of war in Germany should not be paoked in any kind of textile material.
