Telegrams from Austrian Headquarters to Viennese papers admit ihr.t the Rumanians aresteadily advancing in Transylvania. They are occupying the evacuated districts, and are preparing to attack the Austrian advanced lines. The Austrians are not waiting for the Rumanian offensive, and have rotroated to the next line of defences.
