A Belgian communique shows that the German forces in East Africa are divided iuto two isolated groups, one of which General Smuts is driving towards Ma'hinge, while the second is defending Tahora, on which General Editor's Belgian Brigade is moving from the north and General Olsen's from the west along the Central Railway. -
