INCENDIARY PLOTS IN SYDNEY FOREIGNERS SUSPECTED. By Teleeraph-Press Association--Copyright (Rec.- September 12, 9.40 p.m.) Sydney, September 12. Evidence is accumulating of the existence of a widespread plot to start a series of serious fires in city and suburban establishments over tie .week, end. Another outbreak has been notified from a drapery store at Newtown, under similar circumstances. 7 The polico belicvo that parcels of cbemicallytreated cotton waste ara prepared on the time principle and planted with the intention of starting fires after an establishment has closed on Saturday. Fortunately the plans miscarried, and tho outbreaks wero discovered before they obtained a hold. Foreigners ara suspected, but there are no clues to tho perpetrators.
