DEFAULTING TERRITORIALS ' FINED. By Telegraph—Pre6s Association. Palilatua, August 16. : .Mr. Hewitt, S.M., to-day imposed substantial penalties on defaulting Territorials. Two Civil Servants, who had never attended drill, were fined £5 and £3 respectively. A. farm hand, who had been previously convicted, was fiiied £2. The Magistrate said it was not fair to those doing their duty that others should escape.
