AN AUSTRALIAN'S TESTIMONY. Australian-New Zealand Cablo Association. London, July 25. An Australian wounded soldier, who has arrived iu England, states: "I aui absolutely convinced that German snipers deliberately pot tho wounded, and (rain machino-guns whenever there is the slightest sign of men moving. I lay for seventeen hours dead quiet, and had many marvellous oscapos. Shells were ceaselessly bursting and machine-guns sweeping the ground, and a terrific curta.in firo preventing tho stretcher-bearers rescuing tho men."
