THE IMPERIAL VIEW. Just before the Houso rose last eveuing, the Right Hon. W. F. Masscy rend tho following telegram received Ly the Governor from the Secretary of State. Mr. A. Bonar Law, upon the funds raised in New Zealand for the Naval Dependants' Fund:—"London, July 24. With reference to your telegram of June MS, the Admiralty is grateful for the sums raised in New Zealand, and suggests that tho money should be transmitted to the War Pensions Committee, which has been set up bv statute and speeially charged with the duty of administering the funds voluntarily contributed for naval dependants." "I think," said Mr. .Massey, "what is suggested is tho proper thing, inasmuch as it will ensure that tho money will reach the quarter for which it is intended, and not be frittered away." .
