CONGRATULATIONS FROM THE DOMINION. The following cablegram has Been sent l)j' the Bight Hon. W. P. Massey to Captain Green, of H.M.S.'New Zealand:— "New Zealalid has just received tho news of the prominent part taken by H.M.S. New ■ Zealand in tho great naval battle off Jutland coast, j The whole Dominion is'thrilled ivithlpride at the conspicuous bravery and gallantry displayed by her officers and .men. Wo rejoice that the New Zealand was in the battle and played a magnificent part. Whatever happens, tho Dominion lcnows that British sailors can be depended upon worthily to uphold the fighting traditions of His Majesty's Navy.
