Dalgety and - Co., Ltd., report having held ( their weekly sale at Levin on "Wednesday, when they offered a. good yarding of sheep and a, fair yarding of cattle. , They quote tho following prices Fat ewes; 28s. Bd.; forward ewes, 275. 6d.; 2-tooth wethers, 245.; fat woolly lambs, 255. 7d.; store ewea, 2ts. t0.215. 6d.; cult ewes, 14s. 6d.; fat cows, to £9 155.; forward cows, to £6; store cows, £4 18s.; springing h'cifcrs. to £6 155.; heifers, in calf, to £6 55.; bulls, to £8. The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd.. report;—At Solway on Wednesday we had a small yarding of .sheep and a good one of cattle. Bidding was fairly spirited throughout the sale. We quote:— Forward conditioned . ewes ' ojid wethers, 235. 6d.; 30 20-month Polled Angus steers, £9 10s.; 40 do., £8 95.; fat lieifers, £8 15s ; forward cows, £7; store cows, £3-165.; oowa in calf, £6.

Messrs. W. and G. Turnbull and Co., Ltd., report having held their'usual weekly sale in their Walpoua (Masterton) Fa lo yards on ' Wednesday..
