Sir,—With reference to "Puzzled's" letter in this morning's Dominion, perhaps! you coiild inform me why it is that the' minimum age for enlistment here is 20 while it is 18 in England? Is not a New Zealand lad of 18 as good as an English one?—l am, etc., PUZZLED No. S.' [Probably ho is, but public sentiment and practical experience aro both against sending youths o£ less than 20 rears of age.'J
