APPOINTMENT OF INSPECTORS. For the appointment of inspectors of milk and dairies. 2. For prescribing precautions to be token for protecting milk against infection or contamination, and for prohibiting the salo of milk in eases where the public health would be likely to i» endi>nserea. 3.
