WHAT A CHRISTCRURCH DENTIST SAYS ABOUT HIS STUDEBAKER. We have made big claims for theStudebakur car on the score of its reliability,, its simollSty, and the ease with which it caw be driven. The following letter, addressed to us by Mr. R. Cowper, surgeondentist, of this city, demonstrates the kind of sorvico the Sfeudebakei.' will give in tho hands of an owner who ; hsc had comparatively little driving- experisntr Mr. Cowper purohased a Studebaker ear ffte* us on November 30th last, and his firsS lengthy tour was one in the North Island during the recent Christmas and Nevr Year holidays. Concerning his experi. ences on that tour, Mr. Cowper writes:— "Just a few lines to tell you how tho'r. ou»hly satisfied I am with my Studebaker car. As you know, I took it away with me to the North Island, and went in all about 1200 miles, over all the big hiils up in the north. Going from Wellington through to Napier over the Rimutakas, across to Palmeraton, Wanganui, and Now Plymouth, and back to Wellington over the famous Paekakariki Hill, tho car took all the big hills with the greatest ease, and did not §ive mo the slightest anxiety. All that distance It was not touched by anyone save to give it petrol and oil, and we did not even have to put wind into the tyres. You will bo surprised to hear that I brought tho cat over the Zig-zag from Lytteltim .to Sumner, which says something foj tho car, and the way you taught me to drivel" The Studebaker driven by Mr. Coivpei was, of course, equipped with clectrio lelf-starter and electric lights.
