A good yarding of sheep and cattle cumo forward, far above advertised numbers, and competition being very keen,- a good clearance was made at the following prices :—Sheep: 2-too.th.. wethers, 245. 5d.; storo cives, 16s; 6d.. to 19s. 5d.; woolly, lambs,. 16s. 9d., 16s. lid. to 175.; shorn lambs. 135., 2d. to 16s. Id.; b.f. lambs, 16s. 5d.; cull lambs, <s.
