The Chicago Circuit Court lias decided tliat Bacon wrote Shakespeare's plays.| ■ ■

William Nicholas. Selig, tho motionpicture manufacturer, sued Fabyan, a publisher, for an injunction compelling Fabyan to refrain from publishing books supporting the Baconian theory, as it was held that the books would interfere with certain motion pictures. Tho Court refused the injunction, holding that Bacon was' really " the author, and that Shakespeare's name was merely a disguise.
