ORANGE INSTITUTION

MEETING OP GRAND LODGE. The loyal Orango institution of Now Zealand opened its annual session in tho Masonic Hall, Boulcott. Street, on Saturday, under tho presidency of the* 11. W.G. Ulaster (lho. Donald, of Mastertqn), when ovor 100 delegates, representing all parts of. the Dominion, were in attendance. In a comprdhensivo address, tlio Grand Master dealt with tho educational and political aspects of tho work, whilst Hie general organiser's report emphasised the activo interest of the organisation and the progress made, which statistics show to bo highly satisfactory. 'Routine business occupied tho remainder of Saturday's session. The meeting will be continued to-day. A parade of the delegates was held yesterday morning. A special sermon was preached to them at the Kent Terrace Church by the Rev. Howard Elliott, of Auckland.
