Field-Marshal Von Der 6oltz died of spotted fever, at the Bagdad headquarters. , [Field-Marshal Von der Goltz was on the German General Staff, and-when Belgium was occupied he was appointed Governor of the occupied territory. Later he was sent, to to advise the Turkish War Office as Chief of Staff.]
