| TWO VILLAGES CAPTURED By Telegraph—Pre E8 Association—Copyright (Rec.' April 23, 6.5 p.m.) London, April. 22. The Press Bureau announces that Colonel Van der Venter's mounted troops occupied Umbugwe on April 12, and Ssalanga on April 14,- capturing or ejecting the small garrisons. Colonel Van der Venter engaged a consider-' able enemy force at Kondoa Irangi on April 17. The enemy is evidently concentrating there. Fighting ig proceeding. . All is quiet elsewhere. Heavy rains have commenced. . . The new railway from Voi has reached New Moshi.
