Pratten, of Sydney, who is at present in England, has forwarded to Mr.'Holman (Premier of New South Wales) an exhaustive' report on the operations of the Neutral Commission administering relief in Belgium. It is .understood that the report devotes special* attention to 'the Australian'aspect of the. -question. It is believed that no .further need exists for urgent assistance.
