Easter Holidays.—On Good Friday, April, ?t, the Postal Department will be closed in all its branches. Mails for dispatch by steamers will close at 8 p.m. on the pre* vious evening, and the only dispatches of correspondence by trains will close on Good Friday as follow For the Wairarapa, Howke's Bay, Manawatu, Rangitikei, Wanganui, g and Taranaki districts at 5.45 a.m.;,for Auckland and Auckland district at 8 a.m. The city and suburban recoivera will not be cleared during the day, tout the midnight clearances will be made as usual..
