CHARGES AGAINST RUA

Auckland, April 19. One charge preferred againai, Rua. is that lie counselled certain of his followers to commit the murder of members of the police forco who wero wounded in the Thewer-a Country. .Another charge is that he counselled his followers to use firearms in resisting the lawful execution of a warrant of .committal. Tho penalty 011 conviction of either charge is imprisonment tor life. ,■
