' The "Time£" correspondent at Athens says that the news is confirmed that two bomhs dropped by the British airmen during the recent raid on Constantinople burst in the A\ r ar. Ministry; another in the powder factory at Malrrekeuv (in Constantinople), which blew up numerous victims. [Three naval aeroplanes last Friday evening raided Constantinople; and dropped: bombs on the Zeitonlik powder factory and aeroplane hangars;, another bombed the railway station at Adrianople. Squadron-Commandant Smyth l'iegott and Flight-Lieutenants Satory, Dickinson, and Barnato participated. All returned safely. The flight to' Con stantinople and back was over three hundred milos. There was fine weather at the start, but adverse conditions supervened later, with rain, wind, and thunderstorms.] SERBIAN TROOPS ARRIVE AT SALONIKA - ; (Ree. 'April 19, 8.50 p.m.) Salonika, April 18. General Sarrail (Commander-in-Chief of the Allied Forces in the Balkans) has inspected the First Battalion of Serbian troops to arrive. They are biglimbed,. solid peasants, showing no signs of the privations of the winter re-' treat. Good food and rest at Corfu have done wonders. Their entire outfit has been renewed. They are clad chiefly in the blue Frenoh uniforms.
