The following quaintjy worded announcement appeared in a Greek newspaper as a direction to British and JM'ench soldiers how to find tho Salvation Army Soldiers' Rest Homos at ■Salonika:— "SALVATION ARMY. "SOLDIERS' REST ROOMS. "Now . open every afternoon -and every evening, for all soldiers and sailors. Simple refreshments—really homelike. Tea, bread and butte, c-ake and eggs, lemonade. Separate reading and writing rooms. Games. English newspapers. Address: Odo's Constantinos Par laeologue 62. ' "Directions: Halfpenny tramried from town entranco to Odos Petro continue in same direction to No. 333 in tram road (Odos Egnation) then turn to the right, to Greek Evangelical Church —aboud 50 yards dowon-wards. Sunday 3 p.m., French religions service. Sunday afternoon, 6 p.m., English religions service. God bless our army brave!"
