'A COALITIONIST WIN. By Teleeraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. March 24, 11.40 p.m.) London, March 24. The Market Harborough by-election resulted: Harris (Coalitionist), 7836: Bowles, 3711. Mr. Harris's father was a Polish refugee, who was an early settler in New Zealand, and, who-was described by Sir T. Mackenzie (High Commissioner for New Zealand) as one of the Empire's builders.
