London, March 23. _ A deputation of London attested married men urged i on Lord Derby that single men working in munition factories fihould. go into the Army, and lie replaced by married men. Lord Derby nssured the deputation that lie was doing his utmost to' securo overv single man for the Army, but his powers were limited. "Unfortunately," ho added, "the Kaiser will not wait, or we might lie able to concede some of ilio demands."
