SPY SENSATION AT HOME

WHAT A DIVORCE CASE REVEALED By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. March 23, 10.50 p.m.) tondon, March 23. A sensational case is being tried in tho Divovce Court, in which tho King's Proctor is opposing the divorco of Mrs. Rva Black, ail Australia!), from Horace Clack. Mr®;.Black had previously mar-' ried Fraiik. Austin, whom she divorced in 1905. Tho King's Proctor alleges misconduct with W. P. De la Forco, a mysterious Portuguese Jew, who disappeared at the beginning of the war,' and was now proved to be a spy. The defence pleads that Mr. and Mrs. Black believed that De la Force was a member of the English spy service. De la Force sometimes left tins containing plans of drawings, collected from other agents in Britain, in Mrs. Black's rooms for safety. De la Force, who waß a closo friend of tho husband, visited Berlin with him, and went to Algericas to assist De la Force's operations, receiving £20 a month, allegedly from the British Secret Service, until she was accused of being in touch with tho Germans. When Proctor intervened she found that Do la Force was an enemy and a spy.

A onrions episode in tho case was the reading of letters puiporting to be from Colonel Sanderson, ChieT of the British Secret Service, promising an interview with the King's Proctor in order to remove suspicions that had been aroused in tho Algeciras incident.
