As the last'cloarance of the Oity receivers is/saado-at 5:45 p.m. on Saturdays, all correspondence, for. the Sunday night Auckland express.must bo posted at the Chief Vost Ofnco not later than 8 p.m. on Sun. day. ' All 'books-and samiple-paekots and newspapers for- places within tho Dominion must. be posted half an hour before tho ordina-ry letter-mail closes. Unless otherwise'specified, registered lotlers and iparcels-post packages must bo handed in and money-orders obtained one hour before the ordinary mail closes.
