CONTRAST IN TREATMENT
GERMANS AND PORTUGUESE.

The Portuguese Minister in London informs the "Times" that the Germans were treating Portuguese subjects in Germany with great severity, which was in striking contrast with the manner in which Portugal is treating Germans. The German Minister was sent to the frontier in a special train, and lie expressed his ' t?>snks that all the Germans woro allowed to leave without hindrance.
