MUNITION SHORTAGE IN RUSSIA.
FORMER WAR MINISTER ON TRIAL

The Tsar's Commission to inquire into the shortage of munitions early in 1915 found illegal acts on the part of M. Sukliomliuoff, a, former War Sinister. The Tsar has approved placing M Sukhomlinoff on trial.
