A COMPREHENSIVE SCHEME By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, March 7. In the House of Commons, Mr. Bonar Law, Secretary for the Colonies, replying to Sir C. Kinloch Cooke, said he was approaching the Premiers of the self-governing Dominions with a view to tho adoption of a' comprehensive scheme of land settlement in England, Australia, and Canada for the benefit of ex-soldiers and ex-sailors.
