GERMAN NAVY COMING OUT TO FIGHT By Telegraph—Press Association— Oopyright ("Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services.) (Rec. March 4, 5.5 p.m.) London, March 3. Swedish shipping circles are persistently giving rise to rumours that the German Navy is coming out to fight hefore March 2J. A naval expert in a sector of the bywater, with an intimate_ knowledge of German shipyards, writing in- the "Naval and Military Record Journal," points out the possibility of the German Navy being much strengthened, as the Germans are able to construct twentyfive Dreadnoughts at the same time.
