Swedish shipping circles are persistently giving rise to rumours that the German Navy is coming out to fight hefore March 2J. A naval expert in a sector of the bywater, with an intimate_ knowledge of German shipyards, writing in- the "Naval and Military Record Journal," points out the possibility of the German Navy being much strengthened, as the Germans are able to construct twentyfive Dreadnoughts at the same time.
