KARORI GOLF CLUB
Mr. G. G. G. Watson presided at tlio annual general 'meeting of members of the Karori Golf Club last night, when the annual report and the balancesheet were adopted. Members on active service were placed on the absent members' list.
The alterations to rules, as approved by the committee, were adopted, in order that the club might be incorporated under the Friendly Societies Act.
A hearty vote of thanks was accordcd the officers for their work during tho past year, special mention being made of Messrs. Barry ICeosing (late secretary) and R. W. Atkinson (late treasurer).
Election of officers for the ensuing year ' resulted as follows:—Presicjent, Mr. .L. George; vice-presidents, Messrs. R. D. Hanlon; C. B. Mann, and D. A. M'Lennan; clnb captain, Mr. R. W. Atkinson; lion, secretary, Mr. H. J. Stott; lion, treasurer, Mr. R. Sievers; Management Committee, Messrs. A.- G. Henderson, G. W. Guthrie, AV.i M'Naniara, C. E. Gahvey, and G. G.'Watson; hou. auditor, Mr. F. A. G. Baiclav, F.I.JC.,N.Z.
