The Magistrate stated that he would not convict in this instance, but would giv© defendant another opportunity. He must register, and afterwards apply for exemption. Sergeant-Major Stewart, who represented the military authorities, stated that seven days would be allowed, but the father replied that he could summons as soon as he liked. At a sitting of the Potone Juvenile Court yestorday, two boys under 16 years of age were cautioned for being in possession of air rifles, and five others for using air rides were cautioned and discharged. \ .
